Yesterday my three-movie set of King Kong, Son of Kong, and Mighty Joe Young arrived in the mail, and I was inspired to spend some time on Youtube exploring King Kong's iconic cultural status by seeking out (mostly) vintage commercials from around the world about King Kong and inspired by the the giant ape himself.
